Dr. Ahmed Mokhtar - Founder and CEO
Received his Bachelors degree in 1990 from Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt; his Masters in 1993 from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.; and his Ph.D. in 1997 from University of Washington in Seattle, all in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Dr. Mokhtar held various leadership positions in technology companies before founding Eventum Solutions. At Teledesic Corporation, Corvis Corporation, and Level 3 Communications, he oversaw a wide range of activities from network and systems architecture to workflow automation, and was responsible for budgets in excess of $500 million.
Dr. Ibrahim Ghaleb - COO
Received his Bachelors and Masters degrees in 1990 and 1994 both from Alexandria University in Alexandria, Egypt; and his Ph.D. in 1998 from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX, all in Electrical and Computer Engineering.
Dr. Ghaleb held the position of Middle East regional manager of wireless sales at Commscope where he was responsible for business development and sales in the Middle East and the Gulf region. Prior to that he held senior technical positions at Nortel in Richardson, TX. He is also an adjunct professor at Alexandria University.
